Pamela Samuels

As President of Corridor Holdings Corp. and Principal and Co-Founder of Trio Partners LLC, Pamela Samuels has thrived in her career in Manhattan real estate development. A specialist in multi-million-dollar luxury condominiums and complicated urban mixed-use projects, she holds experience in raising equity capital, entering into joint ventures, and performing as an executive. On the cutting edge of new technologies, Pamela Samuels focuses on applying solar power to real estate projects with Corridor Holdings. At Trio Partners, she obtains and alters properties throughout New York City, as well as in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston, while assisting in the company’s quest to create multi-family housing across America. Prior to joining these two firms, Pamela Samuels spent four years with Extell Development Company, also based out of New York City, as its Senior Vice President and Managing Director. During her tenure with the company, she enhanced its growth and profitability. She led a multi-billion-dollar public-private partnership to build a subway tunnel, ventilation tower, and pedestrian walkway integrated within a 60-story, 1.5-million zsf office tower in Hudson Yards. In another endeavor, Pamela Samuels coordinated a joint venture worth over $2 billion with Aabar Investments as an equity partner involving a five-star Park Hyatt Hotel with luxury residences. Named one of the Top 50 Women in Real Estate by the Association of Real Estate Women, Pamela Samuels has received accolades from several other professional groups. She serves as a board member for the Young Presidents’ Organization and sits on the Advisory Board for both Pythagoras Solar and New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. WX, Inc., invited her to become a member of its New York Women Executives in Real Estate. Additionally, Pamela Samuels formerly worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture.
