Pamela Shores is a senior paralegal currently specializing in antitrust law and litigation within the health care industry. Pamela prepares market analyses for use in antitrust evaluations related to mergers, acquisitions and other transactions; assists with preparation of legal briefs and memoranda; supports civil litigation as well as administrative matters before both state and federal agencies; and assists with the preparation of responses to Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission in connection with Hart-Scott-Rodino Second Requests and Civil Investigative Demands, as well as other requests for information from both state and federal agencies.
