Along the path of life, I keep my eyes open for
beautiful bits of this and that. My attic is where I go to
put these treasures together and create unique,
wearable works of art that are entirely new.
I use antique sheet music, old schoolbooks dating
back to 1912, cookbooks from the 50s and anything else
I find that has a wonderful worn, sepia tone to it. I combine
all this glorious vintage ephemera with unique glass to
create wearable art. Some glass is beautifully beveled,
some magnify and look like bubbles, some are
from old chandeliers, and some is cut to a custom size
by me.
I sell my wares through art shows as well as
through my website, Pammy's Attic.
My blog, Up In The Attic is where I pull back
the curtain on my life just a little bit, so that you may get to know
the "hows" and the "whys" of my work.
