Pam Renteria

Pam Renteria is currently a public relations major at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. While attending Texas State, Renteria has gained practical experience in the field of public relations and is expected to graduate December 2013. Her credentials include: interning as a media relations intern for the City of Austin Communications and Public Information Office, reporting for the Trends section for the school's newspaper, The University Star, and being an active member of the Texas State PRSSA chapter.

Renteria has also gained real-world experience through performing different jobs for various organizations. She promoted tours and album releases for various bands on the record label Fueled by Ramen, volunteered for the well-known festival SXSW, and promoted in the Austin area for the band The Maine.
