Panchal was born in Kerala, India. He did his 10th standard from Assissi School, 12th standard from Rajagiri Public school. Completed B.tech in the year 2006 from St. Joseph's college of engineering and technology. Pursued MBA from Cochin University. Currently he is employed in Hitachi Consulting, Hyderabad as a senior consultant-process manufacturing in Oracle ERP systems.
His father is a retd. General Manager from KAMCO. His mother is a housewife. His brother is the Dy.Manager in Ford Motors, Chennai. His sister-in-law works in CTS and they have 2 sons. Alan and Evan.
His hobbies include playing table tennis, reading books and watching television. He has been a member of Kerala Catholic Students League, IEEE, YMCA and Kerala Management Association.
