Over the past 3 years, I've moved from handling day-to-day technical support tickets to leading a support team and managing complex, escalated issues in hospitality technology, supporting POS systems for clients ranging from multinational hotel chains to independent properties, working closely with enterprise IT teams across regions. Alongside my daily work, I earned my CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, plus Microsoft AZ-900, building a solid foundation in networking, systems, and security.

Technical skills alone don't lead a team. Communication, mentoring, and staying calm under pressure have shaped how I manage escalations and support my team, consistently maintaining a 94% customer satisfaction score along the way.
