Pangaea Global Cuisine is a group of three former Atlanta Underground Market vendors: Kushina Catering, The Original YayYay and Teranga Without Borders. When the Atlanta Underground Market and Atlanta Nosh announced recently that they were decommissioning, we decided to band together in order to continue with sharing our unique take on global foods. From our mutual passions a new food group, Pangaea Global Cuisine, was formed.

Fried shrimp beignet w/mango relishFrom Lamb Sliders, Bissap Hibiscus Tea, and Green Papaya Salad, Pangaea also prepares delectable dishes such as Leeks Stuffed with Beef Tongue and Smoked Swiss Cheese, Thai Basi Frog Lettuce Wraps, Alligator Spring Rolls, Ethiopian Red Wine Infused Chicken Tacos, and Mealworm and Spinach Quiche. Each dish reflects an exceptional twist that defines what Pangaea has to offer. By using both traditional and non-traditional methods and ingredients we're able to create savoy dishes not widely available in the city. Whether it's a Senegalese Lamb Slider or a Mealworm Cheesecake with Candied Crickets, our goal to push peoples culinary boundaries and get them out of the comfort zone.
