My name is Paola, but most people call me Pao.

I'm a Bogotá-born, Tampa-based founder who builds things from scratch — usually with limited space, limited budget, and a clear vision.

I run two brands: Una Más, a Colombian-inspired recipe shop rooted in the pop-up I built and ran in Tampa, and Café con Pao, a resource hub for coffee professionals building carts and small shops. Both are built on the same idea — you don't need a big budget or big space to build something real.

A few other things about me: I'll talk your ear off about Colombia if you give me the chance. I love fiction — classics to contemporary dystopia. And people who aren't afraid of change or a little risk are my favorite kind of people.
