Paola Ríos

Paola Marie Ríos Rosa is a young student who was born in September 28, 1998 in Bayamón. When her mother got married with her actual stepfather, they decided to move to Gurabo to start a new life. Yanira Rosa, the mother of Paola, always tries to give her the best things. She studied in Adianez, a private school in Guaynabo from 7th grade to 8th grade. In that school she was always in the honors students and participated in organization like the school council. Paola decided to move from school once she got to high school. That’s why she stared studying in Colegio Bautista de Gurabo and she graduated in 2017 with honors. University is no exception for her, she has 3.75 GPA . In other things she describes herself to be someone who likes a challenges. She also describes herself like someone who always tries her best and is very responsible. Another characteristic that describes her is that she believes in God. She is a member of "Casa de Restauración" at Gurabo. A bad trait that she has is that she is a shy person, but she always tries her best to improve it.

Paola is in her third year studying in the system of University of Puerto Rico. She spent her first two years studying in UPR of Cayey. She was studying Clinical Psychology. She used to be in Psy-chy, a Psychological organization but she decided to move to another Campus because she wants a career that could give her the opportunity to work while she graduates from doctoral studies. Like she said, she is someone that like challenges, so she decided to move this semester to UPR of Humacao to the major of Social Worker. She decided to choose Social Worker because she likes to help others with their problems and give a solution or a key to solve their social and public problems. Paola wants to help other people because she knows that if someone helps them, they will show a different behavior; she can help them get a new perspective of their life with her advice. When she concludes her studies as Social Worker, she’s going to start studying Clinical Psychology.
