In 2008, I Co-Founded Courage Canada, a national charity and not-for-profit organization with the mission to provide blind and visually impaired youth the opportunity to develop skills and enjoy the game of hockey. Courage Canada seeks to instil leadership characteristics in youth such as courage, confidence, and sportsmanship both on and off the ice in communities across Canada. couragecanada.ca

I have supported Families for Children, Giant Steps, and the Canadian Cancer Society. I'm a Member in good standing of the Canada Company and have been a major donor to the Humber River Regional Hospital in support of Canada’s largest Hospital. I'm a Campaign Cabinet Member of the Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation.

I'm also an avid cyclist who enjoys both road and mountain biking, and a member of Team Revolution, a road cycling team raising funds for the Humber River Regional Hospital Foundation. Team Revolution has raised over $1,100,000 in support of the new Hospital.
