I work in after-sales and am loving it: The reason I chose services & customer care is because it is about helping people, solving their problems - we are actually doing some good in the world. My expertise is in negotiation, service network development and optimization, process engineering & control. I have done this in various industries: IT sphere in the bank sector (ITILv3), Aviation (under EASA, FAA), and now in Telecommunications. I am always open to experience a new field as life-long-learning IS my passion.
