Sus Compadres

  • Mission Statement: Establish a relationship of trust with our clientele in an effort to aid them in their endeavor of attaining legal working status in the United States. Once such a relationship is formed, it must be sustained in order to ensure the development of other such bonds with other members of the community.
  • The name of our company, Sus Compadres, is based on the 'compadrazgo', which is a relationship that is highly present in Latin American countries, especially Mexico.
  • Compadres are essentially godparents. In the Mexican culture, the relationship of a godparent is extremely important. In addition to your parents, godparents must also ensure that a 'child pursues a life of improvement and success'.
  • 'Traditionally among Iberians and Latin Americans, this relationship formalizes a pre-existing friendship which results in a strong lifelong bond between compadres. In its original form, the compadre relationship is among the strongest types of family love soon after one's nuclear family.'
  • The eagle and flag on the left represents the American people. The eagle and flag on the right represent the Mexican people. Both come together under our company slogan, 'Aqui somos familia' (Here we are family). The position of the eagles, back-to-back, is also symbolic of the 'backing' one expects to receive from one's family.
  • Fear would be a major motivator at keeping potential clientele away. Clients can expect to come to Sus Compadres 'sin miedo' or without fear.
