Paquita Bath

Hi I'm Paquita Bath, an international consultant facilitating exceptional conservation results. I founded Aligning Visions LLC (www.aligningvisions.com) in 2005 to provide planning facilitation, participatory evaluation, and organizational capacity building services to conservation organizations around the world. Recent clients in the 2011-2012 period include the:

• Fondo Mexicano para la Conservación de la Naturaleza;
• World Wildlife Fund WWF-US;
• Latin American and Caribbean Network of Environmental Funds (RedLAC);
• The Nature Conservancy; and the
• Biodiversity Fund of Brazil (FUNBIO).

With over 25 years experience building the capacity of conservation organizations around the world, I am a seasoned facilitator and evaluator. In addition, I have written many business plans and facilitated strategic plans, often linking conservation science with effective planning. I have authored many "how-to" style manuals for clients and during my 11 years with The Nature Conservancy. Raised in Spain and schooled for a year in Brazil, I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese and have also worked in Asia and Africa using English in multilingual settings and graphic facilitation. Finally, I am committed to listening closely – and debating actively – with stakeholders and staff to ensure that the services I provide will be relevant and that recommendations are implementable for your organization going forward.
