Mr. Parada has over 12 years of financial experience from stockbroker firms and mortgage companies across the country; he gained experience in finance and management in corporations located throughout VA, DC, MD, NJ and NY.
More recently, Mr. Parada established a non-profit organization to help address the needs of the underprivileged in his local neighborhood and other communities. He is currently
operating his own consulting firm, BCEO, in the greater area of PA, NJ, MD, VA and NY; his focus is establishing a "Connected" community of professionals through consulting and education. Mr. Parada is a United States Army veteran Armored division
and actively a voice of support and sponsorship to veterans within his community and others.

Glenn Parada’s career has included serving as a Mortgage Processor Supervisor in which he was responsible for 100 percent accuracy for over $20 million in residential mortgages
monthly. In addition to serving as a Vice President of Corporate Training and Director of Administration for two major direct lenders in which, he was personally responsible for creating and developing sales teams. Mr. Parada has personally training over 100 sales driven individuals successfully retaining a high ratio of performance. He recently was with New York Life, building his financial practice.

He is currently operating his own consulting firm and building a team of mortgage loan officers and life insurance producers.
