Hi, I am Parag Wadhone. I am a Certified Coach, HR Process Consultant, Trainer, Facilitator, HR Mentor and Certified NLP Practitioner. I have my own firm, XenSource Consulting.I bring with me over 18 years of HR Professional experience working with IT MNCs in the software-product space in various leadership roles.
