Namaste, We are Parahita. We are a certified yoga school that has been started in 2018 which has a focus on yoga teacher training and yoga retreats. Teaching conducted by our local yoga teacher class always leaves an impression with a feeling of deep well-being. This class is designed to increase and rejuvenate body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration as well as relaxation. A step-by-step approach of each pose with special attention to the deepening of the true yoga philosophy.
