Aisha K. M

I am a litigation paralegal currently located in the Bay Area, California. I began working in the legal field as a Legal Secretary for a solo practitioner in San Jose, California in 1999. I obtained my paralegal certificate from John F. Kennedy University in 2006.

Throughout my career I have performed a numerous amount of paralegal tasks including document reviews, summarizing deposition transcripts and drafting legal documents. I have extensive experience in preparing cases for trial including all facets of expert witness retention, drafting motions in limine, proposed jury instructions, preparing trial, and witness and exhibit binders. I also have experience in managing a case in every phase of the litigation cycle from inception through conclusion.

I am currently in my final year of completing an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies and I have been learning about the growing importance and changing nature of how media affects the world.
