I am a scientist at CSIR-NIScPR and working as the Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Traditional Knowledge (IJTK) and Indian Science Abstracts (ISA). I also manage dissemination under SVASTIK, a national initiative by CSIR NIScPR to communicate scientifically validated traditional knowledge of India.

I obtained my Ph.D. from the University of Delhi and completed my postdoctoral research at ICAR- NBPGR, New Delhi. I have published nine articles and about 150 popular science stories and news items. I received the India Science Media Fellowship (ISMF) in 2019.
