You never grow alone but always with a community. This started making sense when Paras started working as a Community Manager. After hoping designations in half a dozen companies within three years, he landed to the same designation with which he had started just after college. There was just one difference. Formally, he was given the designation of a Community Manager and this time, he chose to be the one.
Paras Pundir is one enthusiastically motivated young man who believes in creating an impact along with the power of people. By this age, his only investment is his people whom he has earned through his conduct without expectation. He dreams to be that superhero, who can solve everyone's problems.
He cooks his own food, keeps his body fit, explores new hobbies, accepts his mistakes, chats with strangers and follows Manchester United. He is not into planning for future as he lives in present and acts spontaneously to the situations just like his impromptu backpacking trips.
Paras is currently building an association of Communities to uplift the scene of Community Management in Indian ecosystem. He is an active member of Startup ecosystem and runs few communities of Community Managers, Product Managers, Designers, Growth hackers & marketers, Young Student Leaders, Travellers & Footballers.
Previously, he has worked with Venturesity where he has created a dozen of successful communities over the platform. One of the many communities he has built at Venturesity was Bugasur- an asur who eats a bug. This was the most active community of testers who were on a mission to make this world of apps bugfree.
Prior to Venturesity, he has worked as an independent community & startup consultant, social media strategist, creative content producer, quality analyst and has experienced in cofounding a coworking space in Jaipur.
He is also gifted with skills like building long-lasting relationships, cracking conversations with people of all age, witty humor and sarcastic punches of motivation.
Overall, one hell of a human being!
