The spirit in which we approach the challenges of "child care" - whether it be as a coach, a teacher, a social worker or a parent is key to finding peace in our roles and crucial to having success with our children. Understanding that we are in fact traveling into maturity with our kids is paramount. Our growth is tandem with theirs. With each moment it is clearer that walking the road to become a better person is as much the aim as assisting our kids with their own development and journey.
