Mom, Photographer, and nanny in Phoenix, Arizona

Read my blog

Dear You,

My name is Amanda but I go by Manda. If someone calls me Amanda, I know I'm in trouble. HEHE. I live in Arizona where it is sunny & summer year round. HOT! HOT! HOT! I'll be twenty-four in just a few short months. I have a wonderful boyfriend who has stood by my side for a little over seven years now. We met in high school when we we're just sixteen and seventeen years old. I guess you could call us high school sweet hearts right? Together, we have a happy little two year old. We live with my parents where we have help with our little guy around the clock. We are very blessed to have such a loving and supportive team we call family.

I come from a big family. My parents raised seven children here in Phoenix, I was born and raised here. I am a full time mom and photographer. I am also a part time nanny to a three-nager. She also holds a special place in my heart. Enough about me and lets get on to why everyone is really here.

My boyfriend decided to get his Commercial drivers license and live his life on the road to make a better living for him and our little family. After countless hours of studying, practice quizzes and many failed attempts at the MVD he decided to put himself into a eight week school to help him get this done. He graduated from his school on April fifteenth twenty eighteen. He applied to local jobs here in Phoenix Arizona but after research and recruiters telling him different information he came to the realization that if he wanted to be local he would have to do the hardest thing he has ever had to do, be away from his family, over the road, traveling across the country with very limited home time. This is what this career field is though. He knew that when he decided this is what he wanted. Within his first two weeks out of his school, he had couple offers and decided to go with a company caller Werner. He went through orientation and one week later got a call from a trainer.

We know the road ahead of us is going to be very challenging. While my boyfriend is cruising the open high-way, seeing the world, I'll be at home taking care of the our little man, bills, errands, cooking, cleaning and working. Thankfully I do have my family around me to keep me sane and happy. To be honest, I have always wanted to start a blog but I wanted it to mean something to me. So please, get comfortable, grab a snack and come along on this journey with me and my family.

Love Always, Manda
