Christina Parker

Hi, I’m Christina Parker. I’m a senior systems and leadership strategist based in the Atlanta area with more than 20 years of experience leading cross-sector initiatives, building collaborative partnerships, and helping organizations create meaningful impact through innovation, strategy, and people-centered leadership.

My work has focused on systems transformation, leadership development, technical assistance, and guiding complex projects at both regional and national levels. I’m passionate about helping teams think differently, work more effectively, and create solutions that genuinely improve the lives of others.

I’m also a three-time cancer survivor, an experience that deeply shaped my perspective on resilience, purpose, and the importance of using our gifts to serve others well. Many people describe me as someone with grit, but I believe true leadership is about more than perseverance. It’s about creating lasting impact while helping others grow along the way.

I believe meaningful change happens when purpose, passion, and resources come together in service of something bigger than ourselves.
