Park Wilson is a founder & President at Emerging Terrains, a company that specializes in raw land investments in some of the most remote regions of Latin America.

At Emerging Terrains, Park is developing Boca Chica Island, a 400 acre, private island off the coast of Panama.

Additional projects under development include Playa Burica as well as a few smaller projects.

Prior to his move to Panama, Park acquired, managed, & subsequently sold over 70 single family rental homes in the Southeastern USA. During this period, he acquired & developed an additional 25 homes and condos.

Park graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Alabama.
