Young Park

Hi! My name's Young Park and I currently attend Osan American High School. I am a rising senior. I'm a military child.

I first learned about O-MUN two years ago when I went to a schoolwide meeting for Y-MUN and started to read Robert's Rules of Order. Since then, I've loved debating through parliamentary procedure. I'm mostly interested in how the U.S. Government system works and I sometimes watch the House live to see what my representatives are saying.

My main annual event is Harvard Model Congress, which takes place in various cities across Asia. It was just magnificent and I hope to represent another representative next year as well! Other than parli-pro, I play tennis in school and participate in student government.

This year I will be focusing on maintaining my GPA and applying to reach^2 schools. I am grateful to be on the OMUN executive leadership team, and I am thrilled to work with you across many debates this year!
