Both my education and work experience roots are in photography.

My start in photography dates back to an introductory photojournalism class at the University of Texas. Later, while working for a Chicago area corporation - back when shooting chromes was the norm - using small, medium, and large format cameras I delivered value-added, quality studio and location photography for a diverse range of clients for their commercial, documentation, presentation, publicity, and scientific needs.

But, unfortunately, I no longer earn my living as a photographer. But I do still carry a camera. And yes, film was traded-in for the flash card.

This will be blog will be mostly photographs with just a little commentary. That's how this photographer sees things.
