Based in North Vancouver with over 20 years of individual, couples, and family counselling experience. My focus is on couples therapy and premarital counselling. I am Punjabi-speaking and fluent with the added pressures and challenges of cross-cultural family dynamics. I have specialized marriage and couples therapy training including: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, The Gottman Seven Principles Program Educator, and Bringing Baby Home Educator.
