Megan Parrella

Hello! My name is Megan Parrella and I am currently a junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, majoring in Operations Information Management in the Isenberg School of Management. I am from the Boston area and love the outdoors, traveling, art and sports. Just this last summer I got to travel to 4 different countries across Europe. Through the last two years at the University I have excelled in academics and found a passion for learning. The challenges that comes along with learning a new subject is what has really gained my interest. Last year I joined the Common Wealth Honors College and now I will have the opportunity to do independent research in my feild.

Beyond just being on a accelerated track in my major I have also been trying to broaden my knowledge by taking classes in Economics and Computer Science. More over I am someone who loves a challenge, learning is a challenge that I found to be the most rewarding. When it comes to learning there is no limit to the amount one can achieve.
