Outreach for the Partners in Education program. In this role, I coordinate outreach initiatives and attend national educator conferences to raise awareness of the free educational resources the National Guard offers to teachers, guidance counselors, administrators, and students. With more than 20 years of experience in career counseling, recruiting and retention, and partnership building, I’ve facilitated successful working relationships with CTE organizations including the Association of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) and the National Association of State Directors of Career and Technical Education consortium (NASDCTEc). I’m a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a certified diversity initiatives facilitator, and a retired member of the Army National Guard.
