About me:

The self-proclaimed Mayor of Awesomeville, also known in the clubs as DJ Topher, has been in the DJ business for twenty years. After learning how to DJ on vinyl (when 12 inch singles were popular), getting his start in skating rinks and local clubs, he went on to receive a degree in communication arts which led to radio broadcasting for a variety of stations, including Kool 95. Utilizing a variety of avenues to cultivate his skills, he worked as a part of the entertainment department for the Dayton Silverbacks and a music director for the Dayton Gems hockey team. A highly reviewed emcee, he now works for Party Pleasers stating, “I DJ because it’s what I love to do!” With a particular passion for old rock and blues, Christopher keeps his musical knowledge diverse and works hard to make events run smoothly. Having an energetic style and upbeat personality, he certainly has the ability to keep a crowd on the dance floor.
