Parul Yadav (she/her) is a passionate communications and media strategist with over 6 years of experience supporting brands across industries like healthcare, consumer goods, lifestyle, fitness, tech, finance, interior design, architecture, and the nonprofit world.

Before founding North Wave Media, Parul worked as a strategic partner to various agencies, helping their clients build thought leadership, engage online communities, and create meaningful media coverage. Her work has spanned everything from social media and communications strategy to media relations, newsletters, and creative storytelling.

Parul launched North Wave Media with one mission: to help brands, especially small businesses and entrepreneurs, shine brighter in the spaces that matter. Her team delivers personalized PR, branding, influencer marketing, and digital strategy that gets results. With clients across Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Atlanta, and more, North Wave Media is proud to offer big-city reach with small-team care.

Parul brings a go-getter mindset, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to going above and beyond to support her clients. She’s also an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators and regularly mentors emerging professionals entering the field. She currently serves as a Board Director for her local community health center, lending her digital and storytelling skills to support youth, housing, and healthcare access.

Outside of work, Parul loves solo travel, dancing, foodie adventures, and quality time with her friends and family.
