Origin: Character name from a stage play. A professor who stayed with the community after colonial masters left, brought clarity to misunderstood concepts, and taught the Queen’s English starting with the princess then to others.
Meaning: One who announces and carries light, truth, and understanding where there was confusion or darkness.
