In '99, after managing the north-american online presence at Guillemot, Ubisoft's hardware division, Pascal headed for Silicon Valley where he was a solutions expert at i2 until 2001.Then returning to Montreal, Pascal went on to become managing director for Generation Flash, a web development firm. After numerous successes, Generation Flash was acquired by Gesca and is now knowned as w.illi.am. Pascal later co-founded Streamtheworld, a streaming solutions provider for broadcasters. Acting as senior product manager, Pascal developed live and on-demand streaming solutions which are now being used by media giants such as CBS Radio, AOL Radio and Entercom. Streamtheworld was acquired by Triton Digital Media in 2010. Pascal joined Virtual Paper in 2006.
