Paschal Masalu
Paschal Masalu was born in 1992 in Morogoro-Tanzania in the family of seven children and him as the fifth born. Paschal is a founder of Youth and Community Development and student of The Institute of Finance Management (IFM-Tanzania) perusing Bachelor in Banking & Finance. He is one among the upcoming young inspirational and motivational speakers in Tanzania who is doing a lot to impact communities especially young generation.His whole life has been to impact different communities through youth and bring community development by awareness raising in different places.
Paschal went to Solomon Mahlangu for his primary school education then in 2007 he joined Kihonda Secondary for his ordinary level education and in 2011 he went to Morogoro Secondary for his advanced level studies and finish in 2013. In October 2013, Paschal joined The Institute of Finance Management for his further studies and he is still there until now.
Paschal's projects under Youth and Community Development are mostly based on helping orphans and street children as well as empowering young generation to come together and help their own communities and hence become the source of changes to their communities.
December 2011-January 2013, Paschal was a Secretary General, United Nations Association Club (UNA) in Morogoro Region. In September 2010-December 2012 he was a part time teacher and a language translator at Compassion International in Tanzania. Soon after his advance level of secondary school, June 2013-September 2013, he volunteered himself to serve Tanzanian communities at Raleigh International in Tanzania as a host country venture. And in June 2014-August 2014, he had the opportunity to be the first young Tanzania Deputy Operations Manager at Raleigh International-Tanzania.
Paschal is the founding member of The Raleigh Tanzania National Youth Society and A Secretary general of the Society from September 2013 to Present. He is a Project Coordinator of The Youth of United Nations Associations (YUNA) at IFM. Paschal volunteered himself as a Programme Manager ofHope Children Foundation International in Tanzania from September to October 2014.
