I have lived & worked in the USA, Italy and France. I am currently in charge of Customer Experience and Market Research at Eutelsat, the Paris-based leading satellite operator.

Operating at the heart of the media, broadcasting and satellite industries, I am keen on the future of TV and the current disruptions in video distribution. I am also passionate about all innovations that are redefining the way we communicate, and all the new collaborative opportunities unleashed by the digital economy, particularly about how personalized communications can significantly enhance and enable the customer experience.

I grew up mono-lingual and life turned me into a trilingual professional, enthusiastic about cross-cultural communications and the benefits of multilingualism.

I am a long time member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), a world-wide network of 16 thousand communications professionals. I have served as President of IABC France and on the board of IABC Europe, Middle East & North Africa (EMENA). In 2014 I joined the International Executive Board for a two year mandate, steering an international task force of 17 to re-engineer the membership experience.

In this hyperconnected world, I appreciate the simple pleasures in life. I enjoy opera and jazz. I need my regular doses of pachamama and nature: I thrive for the spiritual uplift of climbing a mountain on a summer day. And, together with my Flemish husband, I share the daily pleasure of juggling 4 languages with our multilingual kids!
