Vanessa Yuraki

I am Vanessa and I was an exchange student from Japan. However, after finishing my degree I decided to settle in Italy because I fall in love with its picturesque Italian lifestyle while studying here. Currently, I work as a manager in one of the best Italian restaurant in Casula. I started here as a part timer while studying but I discovered my skill in cooking and after years of wide experience I became the manager. The position was perfect for me because I studied a course in business management.

Life as an exchange student was not very easy. Though I have my parents support, I have to endure homesickness and feed myself. Finding friends and acquaintances is not hard because Italians were friendly and welcomes tourists with a big heart. That stage of my life has taught me important life lessons which enabled me to get through every challenges I went through.
