Pastor Duke Taber

Pastor Duke Taber is a recognized Christian author, journalist, church planter and Vineyard pastor. He has been a believer in Jesus for 33 years, and has been a pastor for over 20 years. Duke has planted a number of churches throughout the Western United States, including Gresham, Oregon; Ely, Nevada; and Pinoche, Nevada, Pine Haven Wyoming and currently serves as Senior Pastor at The Vineyard Church in San Carlos

Duke is a regular contributor to a number of Christian publications, and is a featured syndicated blogger at The Christian Post and Believe.com. He has authored a number of books available on Amazon and Nook bookstores, and can be read at Viral Believer. Duke is also the founder of a Christian Social network, called Christian Faithbook.

Pastor Duke Taber and Sue Ristesund were married on July 6th 2013, after what Duke calls a "Holy Spirit-led courtship."

"For years I had asked God to send someone to me that was just as passionate about Him as I was, and here was Sue. As much as I may have doubted what was before me, I felt God saying 'I brought her here, right to your doorstep as you asked...what are you waiting for?'"

Together, Duke and Sue have 4 grown children from previous marriages.
