David Solomon Hall Sr

Reno, Nevada

I am a 43 year old man married to an amazing lady who is also my partner in ministry named Connie. We have a teenage son who never ceases to amaze us. David Jr brings so much joy to my life. I love him dearly. We have a 7 year old cat named Sly who continues to be so much fun to have around! I serve the Nevada-Utah Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as the Director of Childrens', Youth & Young Adult, Family, Men's, ACS, Sabbath School, Prison, Pathfinders, Adventurers, Personal, Prayer, Health, and Church Ministries. My position causes me to travel a great deal as well as the gifts that God has equipped me with. I LOVE to preach and share God's love with people. And I am blessed to be able to do just that in many locations around the world. On December 22, 2011 I had an Open Heart Surgical procedure called a Septal Myectomy that changed my life forever. I have the disease Apical Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. It is incurable and leads to death. God worked out a series of miracles for me to have this rare type of surgery done where they removed a large portion of my heart so that the blood would be able to enter and leave my heart once again, thereby no longer depriving me of needed oxygen. Now that I have had this SECOND CHANCE at life - the words of Psalm 34:1 (TLB) ring oh so true in my life - "I will praise the Lord no matter what happens. I will constantly speak of His glories and His grace!!"
