Pastor Joel D Bropleh

Pastor Joel D. Bropleh is an ordained minister of the Gospel, a dynamic Public Speaker, Leadership Strategist, and Personal Development Coach from Liberia, West Africa. With a deep passion for empowering lives through Christ-centered leadership, he integrates faith, strategy, and personal growth to inspire transformational change in individuals and communities.

He currently serves as an Administrative Staff at Tarwoe Global Consulting, LLC, contributing to leadership coaching, business development, and strategic planning. As Speaker of the Montserrado County Youth Parliament, Liberia’s largest youth legislative body, Pastor Bropleh leads policy advocacy and international engagement for youth empowerment.

A passionate theological voice, Pastor Bropleh preaches and teaches the Word of God with clarity and conviction. His ministry focuses on raising spiritually grounded, socially responsible leaders who can impact nations. Through digital platforms, public engagements, and mentoring initiatives, he provides faith-based guidance and leadership tools to emerging leaders, professionals, and believers worldwide.

Pastor Bropleh is the recipient of multiple awards, including the International Leadership and Ambassadorial Award from the Visionary School of Leadership and the Co-Operative Partner Award from SUNFO Global Federation (U.K). He also serves as Assistant National Director for Membership at Jamie Pajoel International – Liberia Chapter.

His academic background includes a Diploma & Certificate in Theological and Biblical Studies from WEPA College of Theology and ongoing undergraduate studies in Theology and Christian Education at Maxlus Christian University. He also holds certifications from leading leadership institutes across Africa.
