Patricia Andrew

Pat is the co-founder of TheCareerSuite.com and (along with Eleanor Hill) a managing partner of Andrew-Hill LLC. She has an impressive track record of more than 25 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business and market development, and project management. Pat has provided consulting services to federal government agencies and Fortune 500 firms as well as “start-ups” and small businesses wishing to grow.

Pat began her career in an advertising agency, working for experience (in other words, without pay), doing everything from writing press releases and advertising copy to media research. After a few weeks, the agency owner offered her a paying job which she took. It was there that Pat began honing her marketing and advertising skills as a copywriter, account executive and media buyer.

Within two years Pat moved up to being a copywriter for a large regional advertising agency in the northeast U.S., winning a coveted ADDY award in her first full year with the agency. Pat also sought out help to learn all the ins and outs of running an advertising agency and within five years Pat was running a successful boutique advertising agency in Florida.

Pat has an extensive background in the strategic and tactical planning of, as well as the design and implementation of marketing communications programs to internal and external stakeholders. Pat has also developed and successfully executed corporate and individual branding strategies. Pat has also served as client representative to manage a client’s brand communications to ensure all messaging is consistent across all media.

In addition, she has a myriad of expertise with special emphasis on identifying and analyzing business opportunities and problems and effecting, testing and monitoring viable solutions. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to hone strong skills in building alliances and working with management and other personnel at all levels of an organization.

She is co-author of the best-selling book "Win The Job You Want! 7 Secrets Hiring Manager Don't Tell You. But We Will!." She is also a former member of the study group working with the National Infrastructure Advisory Council
