My Community Manager expertise lies in creating quality content, newsletters, social media management and the design, integration and management of Joomla and Wordpress websites. Writing, technology, social media and marketing are in my blood.
I use and understand Google Analytics, Social Media Management and Analysis Tools.
I have thirty years experience in diverse businesses, including being self employed. I am competent across a wide range of CRM, Office Software, Google and Accounting Software Programmes. I have an understanding of PHP and CSS though I am not a programmer.
In addition to my technology and writing skills, I have created marketing material, organised conferences, workshops and talks for up to 350 people.
