You will not find many students as dedicated and enthusiastic about our Willamette community as Natalie!

Not only does Natalie care what the students have to say, but she has the ability and means to make their desires become a reality.

Her vast experience on and off campus, along with her unyielding passion for ASWU, makes her the best candidate for student body president. She is knowledgeable, creative, hardworking, and motivated.

Natalie's feasible plans will improve ASWU’s connection with the administration and student body, emphasizing the successful aspects of ASWU while increasing transparency, visibility, and impact. Over the past year alone she has lead several senate projects including the ASWU Q&A Forum and a new Safe Sex Initiative. Because of her active involvement, she is a well-rounded and informed leader.

She is currently the Blitz Mascot handler, a staff writer for the Collegian, and in addition, she participates in a diverse collection of organizations across campus including: ASWU (Senator), Steppin' Out (Jump Start Leader), Best Buddies (Executive), Willamette Dance Company (Choreographer/ dancer), WU Alumni Association (Student Rep.), Committee on Student Organizations/ Student Services (Communications Liaison), Chamber Choir, the Dramatic Vocal Arts program, and more!

Natalie will improve various aspects of campus. For instance, Natalie will use her two years of experience on the Alumni Board to better connect alumni with the student body, particularly Greek Organizations and Seniors. Natalie will also work with administration on parking, printing and ASWU Sound's training and quality of equipment. These are just a few of the many feasible goals Natalie has planned for her term.

She also plans to continue work on the Safe Sex Initiative, increasing resources and awareness on campus on contraceptives, STI testing/treatment and the psychological aspects of sex by working with groups on and off campus such as S.H.E, SARA, and The Salem Hospital.

Once elected, Natalie will work to properly honor and represent Willamette, focusing her attention on the concerns of the student body. Vote Pate for Prez, the voice of Willamette!
