I work hard, but I expect to play harder. I am very family-oriented--when I'm not working full-time, or studying for my MBA full-time, I make myself available to be there for my family. I would say that family would be my #1 priority, my commitments as an employee would be second, being a student would be third. I hardly have time for friends given my hectic work-school-family obligations.
