Donald Zuhn, Jr.
I am a patent attorney and partner at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. My practice focuses primarily on biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent prosecution and litigation. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and graduated summa cum laude from the John Marshall Law School, where I received the Fred F. Herzog, John N. Jewitt, and Dean's scholarships, and served as lead articles editor of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law. I am also the founder and editor of the Patent Docs weblog, a site that focuses on developments in biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent law.
