Hi! I'm a photo artist, a.k.a. photographer, living in Virginia. I love photographing landscapes, flowers, old cars, people, animals, and so on. Well that covers a lot, but the world is my canvas, as someone once said. I process most of my work in Photoshop along with a variety of plugins and textures. It's all to give the final image a little punch. After this is done, I just stare at my completed work and contemplate, think, and wonder what else I can do to make it better. It drives me crazy, I must confess.
Sometimes I am not able to photograph a subject for whatever reason. I then get obsessed dreaming about the outcome. One time I was running late driving to an appointment and passed a beautiful pasture full of perfectly bloomed Virginia wild flowers. They were at peak with colors of purple, blue, yellow and white. The sky was overcast with a variety of gray fluffy clouds hovering over this field of dreams. The flowers were shinning from the morning rain. The colors were so vivid and inviting. It was all the perfect storm to shoot this beautiful landscape. I was crying inside because I couldn't stop at that time and lost the moment.
My current collections are of flowers, cars, landscapes and cows. A beautiful product, these pieces of artwork are great to decorate any home or office as well as making the perfect gift.
