My passion for helping people realize their own "Power of One"!" Helping whomever I can and encouraging others to find ways to be the best version of themselves.

As an author and life coach, I help provide strategies that can be used to work out problems to move toward their passion.

Since the "magical" age of fifty (LOL), I've found a new, exciting meaning to life. After creating numerous, highly engaging patriotic projects in my community I know that being passionate about something makes other people want to be involved in something powerful.

In May 2015 I traveled almost 6,000 miles across America to thank our Veterans and First Responders for their service. What an experience! Whew!!

As the author of nine books, and another in the works, I love sharing my knowledge and my passion for living with others. I strive to be an inspiration to women 50 and over to know the best is yet to come!

I'm a Boys R Us family with 5 brothers, a son, and 2 stepsons. We even have a cat - male of course - Lord Whiskers.

Speaking at clubs and organizations allows me to share my passion for find ways to live our best life.

Several years ago, I became a Certified Life Coach so I could really help others achieve the joy I've found in living each day to the fullest. When people ask me what I do, my reply is:

I help women over fifty learn how to dream big, discover their passion, reignite their soul, and live a life they absolutely love!

This October 2023, I will be heading down to the Yucatan for five weeks to research my next book. I'm so excited! I'm no stranger to Mexico though as I visited over forty times, and lived there on several occasions.

I know I'm going to come back with amazing stories, and an almost completed book when I return. I'm a gypsy at heart and am in my element when visiting foreign lands.
