Patience Ziramba is an accomplished author, award-winning editor, and publisher. With over ten years of experience, her expertise spans writing, editing, proofreading, printing, and publishing, enabling her to take on diverse publishing projects.

Patience's extensive background includes working at the Southern African Research and Documentation Centre where she was instrumental in reviewing and editing numerous works on water and environment, gender and women's development, regional economic development, energy, China-Africa relations, and African heritage. This experience has equipped her with the expertise to tackle any project, regardless of multicultural challenges. She also worked at Priority Projects Publishing editing a series of textbooks, early childhood development courses, and children's readers, as well as various consultancy projects.

Dedicated to strengthening the institutional capacity of Raincemba Publishing, Patience’s entrepreneurial commitment has been recognised through winning money pitches and grants from the United States African Development Foundation and the Code Family Foundation that have allowed her to launch and scale her children’s books series. Patience was also awarded a Mandela Washington Fellowship in the Leadership in Business track at the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business. Additionally, she graduated from Iowa’s Venture School with a prize. She is also an alumna of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and an International Writing Program fellow.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Patience loves giving back to her community by serving as a seasoned workshop moderator, facilitator, trainer, and speaker. She facilitated the American Spaces Professional Empowerment Program workshops to enhance employability skills for Zimbabwean youth. She also collaborates with the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs as a facilitator. AWE, an initiative by the U.S. Department of State, provides educational resources for women, fostering small business growth and success. Patience is also a trainer of the BizInnovator Startup and professional development program, developed by the University of Iowa’s Jacobson Institute and implemented by Hozi Innovator. Patience is also a champion of the 52-week challenge, a transformative savings program promoting financial resilience among women.
