Mazhar Majeed, born in 1975, is a British sporting agent and the founder of Star People Talent Management Agency. Known for his innovative approach to talent representation, Majeed's career has been a rollercoaster of triumphs and controversies.

In 2010, Majeed became the center of a cricket 'match-fixing' scandal following a News of the World sting operation. Arrested by Scotland Yard for allegedly fixing a Test match between England and Pakistan, he faced legal repercussions and a 32-month prison sentence in 2011.

However, Majeed's story takes a turn towards redemption. Emerging from prison, he reentered the sports management arena and, in 2022, became the manager for two-time World Boxing Champion, Amir Iqbal Khan. The Khan-Brook showdown, organized under Majeed's management, marked a symbolic triumph and showcased his resilience in the face of adversity.
