Patrice Wellhoff

I am an experienced consultant and manager from Paris, France.

I am the owner and manager of Key Partners, a consulting company specialized in change management and project management. My major activity is to help companies to get their teams focused and productive to attain new challenges. My second activity is to help IT* departments to better serve their users by ensuring that the end users will be willing and able to use the technology that the IT department provides them. My third activity is to help sales department of the IT industry to increase their understanding of their own products to better present them and sell them to their customers.

I used to be an IT project managers during many years, and before that I was the training manager of a big IT Training company in Paris.
