Currently working as Digital Transformation Director at El Corte Inglés (since March 2021), Patrícia is responsible for the Coordination, Strategy and Implementation of Strategic & Omnichannel Digital Projects, Innovative solutions, Customer Strategy and Data & Automation new global developments, of the Group in Portugal.

Before, during the first five years in the same company, Patrícia worked as "E-Commerce & OmniChannel Manager", at E-Commerce Department.

Background: Before, Patrícia worked at Portugal Telecom (ALTICE Group - the largest telecommunications service provider in Portugal) - at 2 departments: "Digital Transformation" (Projects team) and "Information Systems" (Web team); and at FABERNOVEL (an Innovation consulting company).

Education: Executive Advanced-Graduation in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (at Católica School of Business & Economics), and a Post-Graduation in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
