Patricia Burke

I grew up in Bury, Lancashire and attended Woodhey High School and Stand College.

I spent three years at Newcastle university between 1989 and 1990 before spending year in London.

I qualified as a barrister in 1990 and have practised in Fountain Chambers, Middlesbrough ever since. I have specialised in Family matters with a particular interest in cases involving children's matters.

I am now a part of Fountain Mediation, having qualified as a Family Mediator. I believe that many people experiencing issues as a result of separation would benefit from a neutral venue to resolve their own issues without having to embark on the Court process. These issues can involve financial or children's matters.

We aim to provide a professional yet approachable service in the North East.
